Questions: 1) I read elsewhere that the plane was descending at the equivalent of 15 stories per second during the "stalled glide." Would there not be a considerable amount of gravity put on the occupants of the plane and with that, how did the pilot on break move so quickly from the rest area to the cockpit?
2) I read early on that the oxygen masks did not drop? Why not?
3) How certain is the author that it was a stalled glide? Can you give a percentage?
