Why would you perpetuate the myth of "Load it up and go"? You are a pilot, so you should know that that simply isn't true.
The BOW with two pilots is typically around 10,400 lbs. If you add 9 passengers at 175 lbs and 3611 lbs of fuel and 200 lbs of bags, your takeoff weight will be 15,786. That's just 786 lbs over MTOW. But, hey, load it up and go...see what happens.
