This is not intended as a political statement or a comment directed toward any particular party…For they are all morons!!!
So they are going to close 149 Control Towers – almost simultaneously. Can you imagine the amount of work required to modify Sectionals, Instrument approaches, departure and approach procedures, airport directories, etc. The cost has to be massive – and it is going to be implemented without being fully verified and tested. There is no way that big of change can be tested and verified in such a short period of time. Nobody in Washington seems to have a clue how big a change this is going to be. The idiot politicians think they are just going to turn off the radios and lights and lock the door – and that is it. Is there nobody in Washington with any common-sense??? No need to answer this question…We all know the answer.
