AirVenture 2012
With AirVenture 2012 under way, aviation enthusiasts around the world are flying in for the world’s largest general aviation fly-in and air show.
In addition to daily air shows, workshops, events, forums, and airplanes by the thousands, AirVenture 2012 is featuring a number of special celebrations, including the commemoration of the 75th anniversary of the venerated Piper Cub. The show also coincides with the 85th anniversary edition of Flying magazine, which is being freely distributed at magazine stands throughout the grounds of Oshkosh.
As AirVenture 2012 unfolds, Flying will be on site as well, bringing you the latest news straight from the show grounds.
