In our FBO Spotlight series, we're highlighting FBOs around the country that have received rave reviews from our readers. This latest Spotlight is brought to you by Don Jockwig, who recently flew into Madison County Executive Airport in Huntsville, Alabama in a Piper Comanche 180. Here's what he has to say about one of the airport's FBOs, Executive Flight Center:
"I live in Michigan and flew in to visit close friends for several days. One evening they called on my cellphone and advised me of a forecast for hail that night. Since my plane was parked on the ramp they offered to move it inside to protect it. Of course I said, "Please do that." When I called in the morning to advise them I would be leaving shortly and give them a fuel order, they said they saw my flight plan online and already had the plane on the ramp for me. The courteous personnel there go out of their way to be helpful in any way possible. I'm looking forward to another trip there soon. Since I also fly air cargo around the country I have had the chance to compare them with well over a hundred operators and they are "Superb"!"

This is my local FBO, and it is really a treat to fly in North Alabama. I rent here and at nearby Moontown, and the available rental fleet ranges from a '46 Champ, to a Super Decathlon, to a G100o Skyhawk to a Saratoga and Skylane (all at prices below the national average). It is truly an enjoyable place to fly. The aviation community is fantastic here!
