I was very fortunate to have flown with Ron in the Candler Field Express to AirVenture 2010 from Georgia and return this past week. The aircraft was a delight and Ron and his crew and the other passengers were a pleasure to be with. Every one I met that had anything to do with DC-3s knows of Ron and what he is doing to preserve an important bit of aviation history. His plans to replicate Candler Field(ATL) at his Peach State Aerodrome as it was in the 1930s will preserve even more of this history. Thanks Ron and best of luck with your efforts.
