Flying Aviation Expo kicks off today in Palm Springs, California, where thousands of aviation lovers have descended on the Coachella Valley for three days of airplanes, aviation products and educational seminars.
The show began with the Parade of Planes as nearly 40 aircraft taxied through the streets of Palm Springs from the airport to the convention center, where they now ring the building.
The official ribbon cutting to open the show was held at 1 p.m. as attendees streamed onto the Expo floor and headed off for tech talks and educational sessions.
