Eclipse Aerospace has made jet ownership a little easier by offering a limited number of Eclipse 550 positions with an incentive program called the Eclipse Carefree Ownership Program. During the first year of ownership, customers will receive up to $75,000 worth of fuel, which covers approximately 225 hours of flight, according to Eclipse Aerospace.
In addition to the standard warranty that is included with each Eclipse 550, the two-year maintenance program included with the Carefree Ownership Program provides coverage for consumables such as oil, tires, batteries and brakes and all inspections through 300 hours.
Eclipse’s Carefree Ownership Program also provides an allowance for jet transition training curricula such as multi-engine, jet basics, RVSM and upset recovery training. And there is a mentoring program in place through SimCom.
