D.C. Warbird Flyover To Be Streamed Live

Veterans website will broadcast entire day's events.

If you can’t make it to Washington, D.C., for tomorrow’s Arsenal of Democracy warbird mega flyover, you can still catch all the action live through an exclusive webcast.

The day’s events will be broadcast on USVets.TV starting at 10:30 a.m. ET and continuing until well after the flight of more than 50 World War II era military airplanes ends.

More than 50 warbirds are expected to participate in the flyover of the Washington Mall to commemorate the 70th anniversary of Victory in Europe (V-E) Day marking the end of combat in Europe as Axis powers surrendered to the Allies.

The real action starts tomorrow at precisely 12:10 p.m. ET, when the waves of warbirds, including the B-29 Superfortress FiFi and B-17 Flying Fortress Aluminum Overcast, among many others, will overfly the nation’s capital.

Within 24 to 48 hours of the flyover, USVets.TV says it will make a video available on its website for those who can’t tune in live.
