Hi everyone! It's been a while since I've posted and I hope the Hobbs has been running wild for you lately. Sometime back, I wrote an article (which I'm now trying to get published in revised form) about my experience with flight training. Sadly, it covers the only lesson I've ever taken, but it captures many of the feelings some of my flying friends have shared.



For those of us that are financially grounded, it's comforting in some small way to know that we are not alone. Don't be surprised if you see me at the field, hanging on to the fence with a forlorn look and slobbering madly over the planes on the tarmac.
