Hello fellow pilots, I have a current CPL but have been 'retired' for 4-5 years and wish to get back in the air!Can anyone out there tell me how I can go about it as I have never allowed my licence tolapse beyond the magical 24 months and 90 day limits.I have a currewnt Class 11 Medical and necessary pilot hand-books, airman's logbook, DenverSectional, Terminal Area charts and the latest FAA regs. Thanks, I spoke to an Examiner in Denver and he said with a valid CPL, all I needed was a flightcheck from a local certified Instructor, do the prerequisite landings/take-offs solo and that's it. Any one out there know the procedure to get checked out....?Thanks, Ray Houghton-Ellerton.P.S. I am also putting together a "Wings over Africa" information site, for Pilots interested in learningabout Flying in Southern Africa where I did for 15 years, as a Game Park Bush pilot and Charter pilot.
