There has been 3 contests sponsored by Flying magazine within the last 3 months. The Garmin 496 was the first and followed recently by an eFLYBook. Where do we find out who won? Is it a scam?

I found recent winners from December 2006 by typing "contest" in the search box on the flyingmag.com home page. I don't think the Garmin 496 winner had been posted yet.
