1982 P210 Time for a New Engine - Does Anyone Know Where the Javelin Went?

Published: Jul 19, 2007

Need some help?

I have already looked at the Silver Eagle. Let me see now, 50k for a piston & 300k for a turbine. Ok piston it is!

Does anyone know of the P210 Javelin? Seems it was around in the 80s & 90s.

Or, any ideas how to put more power into a 1982 P210?

All helps is greatly appreciated. Thank you for taking the time to read this request.

Regards,

BD

Ever think about some nitrous oxide? but then again it could explode ;) sounds like you want to open up a can of worms. all the javelins I've seen are worn out. and the turbine 210 is wayyyy to expensive. buy a columbia 400 or see if the cessna ngp comes out. cross your fingers.

I have only seen a few javelins. probably because they didnt make very many. probably cost prohibitive. probably some other reasons.

Unless you really love your P210 and never plan to sell it don't bother to upgrade the power plant, you will spend more than you will add in value to your plane. It will do you motre good to upgrade to a new aircraft.
