It's horrible that there was a loss of life, but this is what should happen with all frivolous lawsuits. Not only does Cirrus win, but they get their court fees reimbursed!
I also just love how the lawyer comes up with "jammed controls" as the reason for the crash. Does he work for the NTSB? Didn't think so.
