After what seems like too many years, the Icon A5 project is still little more than a few prototypes and countless bombastic promotions that tend to hide the fact that the A5 can be equipped EITHER with folding wings OR retractable gear, but not both.
Unless I misread something in this article, it seems that the Akoya has retracts AND folding wings at the same time which give the Akoya a huge advantage (at least in my opinion).
