Well maybe, maybe not.
The winds ALOFT are there but hard to look at and definitely are NOT graphic. In order to see them, you have to click (touch) an airport where the surface wind is shown. Then, you have to tap the menu for winds and check for the altitude.
If you are looking at an entire trip, this is incredible cumbersome plus if there are no airports nearby, you will not have data nearby!
Definitely inferior to XM on a portable Garmin.

Stratus works well, but Sagetech's Clarity ADS-B receiver is better. Smaller and better performing, and less expensive.
