Embraer Executive Jets unveiled the Legacy 650E at NBAA on Monday, offering an unprecedented 10-year or 10,000-flight-hour warranty — the longest in the business jet industry.
“As a testament to our confidence in the Legacy 650’s heritage of robustness and near-perfect dispatch reliability, this new aircraft carries the longest warranty available in the business jet industry,” said Embraer President and CEO Marco Tulio Pellegrini.
The newest version of the Legacy 650 boasts automation and technology updates, as well as restyled upholstery and new cabin features. Updates to the flight deck incorporate Honeywell’s latest Primus Elite advanced features (PEAF), including a synthetic vision system (SVS), a traffic collision avoidance system and Sirius XM weather information on a moving map. The jet also comes standard with autothrottle.
The 650E is expected to enter into service next year with a list price of $25.9 million.
